Not at all. Our modern MRL (Machine Room Less) and Hydraulic technologies are designed to be space-saving. We can install lifts with a pit depth as shallow as 100mm to 300mm, and they do not require a separate room on the terrace, saving you valuable space and construction costs.
Safety is our priority. All Highrise Elevators come equipped with an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD). In case of a power failure, the lift automatically moves to the nearest floor and opens the door, ensuring you never get stuck. We also offer battery backup options for uninterrupted usage.
